This time around, NBA All-Star and celebrity personality Shaquille O'Neal has handpicked some of stand-up comedy's funniest up-and-coming talents and paired them with veterans of the comedy stage.

Academy Award winner and one of the Original Queens of Comedy, Mo'Nique rules the stage as host of the 3rd installment in Shaquille O'Neal's All Star Comedy Jam concert series. Filmed in front of a live audience during the 2010 NBA All-Star Weekend in Dallas Texas, comedy queen Mo'Nique leads ... her court with some of the industry's most talented and sought after comedians. No topic is off limits on this night at AEG's Nokia Theatre stage. Seasoned comedians, Paul Mooney, Corey Holcomb, George Willborn and Michael Blackson deliver side busting, non-stop laughs in this energetic and memorable night of comedy.

Def Comedy Jam played host to some of the greatest comedians of the 1990s, many of whom went on to greater fame, due in part to the exposure they received on the program. Here, Mark Curry and Steve Harvey both show off some comic chops that that could never air on their respective network TV shows, though Harvey has shown this side of himself in Spike Lee's excellent THE ORIGINAL KINGS OF COMEDY. Rounding out the performers are Don "D.C." Curry (NEXT FRIDAY) and Arnez J. Contains two episodes.
